Safe 5 MICROSD Card

Hi, trezor io/learn/a/encrypt-pin-with-microsd-card seems to be outdated and only supports model t, I am using latest bridge release, and have installed trezorctl, when i use trezorctl list ;

webusb:001:5 - Failed to read details
bridge:1 - Failed to read details

and Failed to find a Trezor device.

Then, site says to insert sd with pins facing you and facing left, seems like it can only go in upside down. Furthermore, as device isnt detected i cannot run the command, and when i insert microsd, nothing happens. I have tested on 2 devices. windows 10. Trezor suite works fine and i have been using it for weeks.

One would think trezor 5 is updated model of Trezor T but actualy is downgrade.
the hanning out cd card is an issue, if it worked at all that woold be, but it does not even work.
