Received 3 Recovery Seed Cards with My Trezor Safe 3 Package – Is This Normal?

Hi,

I recently purchased a Trezor device from an official reseller. The package arrived in perfect condition, with the security seals intact and everything functioning as expected. However, I noticed that the package included three recovery seed cards, which confused me since I understand that Trezor devices usually come with two recovery cards.

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be worried, or could it simply be a factory mistake?

@chak1 Are you sure one of the cards you’re referring to is not the Getting Started guide. It sounds to me like an error in the manufacturing process, but if you want to be sure, please create a support ticket via our Chatbot Hal, and send a photo of the QR code on your Trezor’s box.
