Prompt for Trezor suite update no longer there when I open it so now not sure how to run the January updates

Hi There.

Previously when opening the desktop suite there was a prompt to begin the latest software update - I chose to skip it a couple of times and now it has gone. How do I update it without the prompt in a way that is safe and secure?

In the settings, there is an option to upgrade.

Thank you. I cant see settings when I go to the suite - there doesn’t appear to be a settings tab anywhere…
