Is it possible that the government where you are located has blocked the url of trezor? If yes, please try to use the web version of the suite and use a vpn at the same time. You can find the entry on the suite download page.

China blocked all trezor urls a long time ago. The suite App, official website, etc. cannot be used directly. Customs does not allow trezor devices to enter.
