I recently purchased a Trezor Safe 3. I’m trying to connect it to the Suite app. I have already managed to install the firmware on the Safe 3. However, when trying to connect via the Suite desktop app or web browser, it fails to connect 9 out of 10 times. I keep getting the error ‘Failed to communicate with your Trezor’.
When I do manage to connect, I can’t do anything in the app, and it shows ‘Device not connected’… Or when I try to view my addresses, they just keep ‘Loading’…
Also, when I open the desktop app, it immediately shows ‘You’ve connected a Trezor Safe 3’. After entering my PIN code on the Safe 3, I get the following message: ‘Let’s check your device’. When I click ‘Start’, it keeps loading endlessly. (see screenshot)
