Plugging in new device - doesn't work

Hello, can anyone help me with this issue?
I’ve bought a new Trezor One and after plugging it into my Mac it kept unplugging after a while. This might be the problem with the hub (USB C - USB 2.0) as my Mac only has USB C. Is there any solution to work it out? Thank you!

Could you please try to connect the USB cable directly to your Mac, and not through the HUB? If you use a USB HUB, be sure it is powered.
