Passphrase coins and restoring non-trezor

Hi

You have a trezor safe 5 setup with multiple coin wallets for example:

  1. 3 separate labeled btc wallets
  2. Eth
  3. Ltc
  4. Ada
  5. Xrp
  6. Xmr

Now you create a passphrase.

Does the passphrased access now give you 6 completely new hidden wallets for each of the above coins?
Or does it only give you a new passphrased hidden btc only wallet?

In trezor suite I can see main button and passphrase button and both appear to have the same coin wallets but want to make sure…

And it won’t let me create additional wallets of the same kind saying the previous is empty. I’m assuming it will once it btc1 has any balance, then I can create btc2 and then once that has any balance I can create btc3 and so on? Same for eth, ltc and so forth?

Is there a way to consolidate ltc legacy dust into current ltc that has balance?

And if you need to restore in future will it restore them all by simply using the seed phrase first and then plugging in the passphrase after it’s set up to access the hidden wallets?

Lastly, is it compatible with non-trezor applications or devices eg using trezor seed+passphrase on ledger or using ledger seed+passphrase on trezor?

You’ll have new wallets. I would not recommend using a Passphrase, I can’t access mine any longer, others are having issues to. Yes same Seed + Phrase will all generate same addresses. I would test it out first but you have to pay your chain fees to send everything to new addresses so might not be worth it.

You can’t access your passphrase wallet? Why not?

If you are in your correct seed wallet and typing in your passphrase exactly the same then you should see your hidden wallets. Why would this not work?
