Ordered a Model T, received a Safe 5

From Amazon. The outer celophane wrapper had a barcode sticker saying it was a Model T. Box was green Safe 5 carton. Looks like a safe 5 inside, not a T. Hologram intact.

Should I be concerned at all (idk how this could be malicious)? Has Amazon just mislabelled it?

I ordered another. Same thing, Safe 5 but at reduced T price, and states its a T on the barcode sticker on the celophane.

Either they honestly mislabelled a batch of them, or is it a clever way to disguise a swap out with a malicious device?
