No transactions... yet ... no funds in my account

Hi:
I was checking my Trezor Suite today, and there was a update pending, so I proceeded to do the update. After the system was updated, no transaction history appeared in my account, and the balance is zero. I proceeded to format my device, and tried to recover my account with the seed phrase (24 words) and nothing happended, the same thing was displayed in my account. Please help me!

Hi @nqangel,

Please check if you’ve enabled/activated the coins you have in Trezor Suite. See Settings → Crypto.
Also, if your funds are in a Hidden wallet, please make sure you enter the correct Passphrase.

Hi, thank you for your help. Apparently, I misspelled my passphrase, and a new wallet with a zero balance was created. I’ve just checked my wallet today, and my funds are secure in coldstorage.
