No confirmation of dispatch


I placed an order on the 2nd Aug. Received email confirmation of payment and nothing further. I emailed support but not had a response as yet.

How can i get an update?


Could I get some assistance with my order. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Funds have been taken but no dispatch received.
