No confirmation email on purchase


On August 30th I placed an order for a Trezor Model T and expedited 2 day shipping and never received any confirmation email or tracking information. I checked all my spam/junk folders but have recieved nothing. I have also created a ticket (ID:94448). The only thing I have is the transaction ID from when I purchased it with LTC (it still took the money out of my account) , just looking to get this sorted. Thanks,

You haven’t received the confirmation because you have probably mistyped your email (it is different than the one from which you’ve submitted the ticket).
Anyway, please check your inbox as your ticket has already been answered.
