I did an exchange from eth to etc on my trezor but the eth never converted to reach my etc account and when i look up the transaction it’s confirmed on etherscan to a eth address but i cant find it i contacted support showed them the screenshots of the transaction its listed coming out my ether wallet but doest show up on the eth to etc exchange list and it wasn’t deposited back to my original wallet nor did it deposit to my etc wallet can i get some help recovering my coins i tried mew and mycrypto i dont see the wallet.
Hi @dswifter00 , which exchange did you use? Can you provide trade ID please?
Did you provide them with your ETC receive address? I suggest contacting them directly to see what is the issue.
