Swapped BTC to ETH through trezor , the transaction says sent , but it is not in the ETH . How to get this back

Please note that it may take some time from when your Bitcoin transaction is sent until it arrives on the Ethereum blockchain. If you still do not see your cryptocurrency I recommend opening a support ticket via our Chatbot Hal.
