I just set up the trezor without any issues and created a BTC account. When opening up a second time, I get this message with no access to the account. There are no coins in it.

What do I do now?

have you created any passphrase for your wallet? Are you using supported browsers - Chrome or Firefox?
Also, if having such issues, feel free to check Trezor Suite app: https://suite.trezor.io/.
I did a full set up using Chrome, but have not loaded any coins to make sure everything is working first. I just went back into the wallet and everything seems to be OK now. No, error message.
I will check out the wallet now.
