Issue selling BTC on Trezor Suite

Hi,

I have my Trezor Model One connected to my laptop, on which I have Trezor Suite installed as well.

On my Trezor Model One, I have some BTC which I’m trying to sell via Trezor Suite (my bank account has been verified etc).

When I click the ‘Proceed’ button, it turns grey saying ‘Confirm on Trezor & Send’ but I don’t see a popup on my Trezor device, and hence I cannot sell.

Please can you help?

My Trezor device and wire are working fine since I receive a ‘confirm’ options when I choose to e.g. ‘receive’ crypto.

@Cryptouser122 I would recommend restarting Trezor Suite as well as your computer or using the web version if you are on the desktop version and vice versa.
