I received a reply from @ trezorcs when I posted a question on the main Trezor twitter account. I then DM @ trezocs with my issue and received a link to validatorsync.io. Is this a legit twitter account for Trezor customer service?
No. Don’t go there, it’s not an official support site for Trezor and most likely scammers.
