the ETH on the end is confusing… Does 100,000,000 Wei ETH mean 0.1 Gwei ??

Can somebody please help?

One billion Wei is 1 Gwei (GigaWei). What you have there on the Trezor display is 100 million Wei, which is 1/10th of a Gwei.

Etherscan now shows a gas fee of 70 billion Wei (70 Gwei) and Coinmarketcap shows the gas fee is 98 billion Wei (98 Gwei) right now.

So the fee displayed on your Trezor is very low.
