Just got a new Safe 3 to replace my Trezor 1 that crapped out. Trying to input the 12-word seed, but I keep getting told it’s invalid…even though it suggests the words after a few letters each time. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?!
Trezor One generates a seed phrase of 24 words by default. Did you get the wrong seed phrase?
I just bought a Safe 5 and when I started the setup, it generated a seed phrase on 20 words. Even their recovery seed paper lists 20 words. Is the 24 words list specific to device?
When creating a wallet, select Traditional Backup. There are 12-word and 24-word options at the bottom.
