I have a trezor model T . When launching the installation, I have these messages
“installation failed
Error : Firmware error”
how can I solve the problem ? thanks.

Please, try to factory reset your Trezor device. Information on how to do it can be found at How to reset PIN for Trezor hardware wallets
(the process is the same as if you need to reset PIN)

factory reset done , update both trezor suite and firmware
then restore trezor wallets + new pin setting
everything is OK now
