We’re currently experiencing some disruptions in Trezor Suite’s XRP services due to high activity on the XRP network. This heavy usage is affecting the external services we depend on, which may cause temporary issues.
Here’s what you might notice:
- Your XRP Accounts: You might see a discovery error when loading your XRP accounts. If this happens, try clicking “Retry” several times, waiting a few minutes between attempts.
- Sending XRP Transactions: Sending XRP might fail because of connection issues. Please try again after waiting a few minutes.
- Trading XRP: You may face problems when buying, selling, or swapping XRP, like not seeing your XRP balance or being unable to complete transactions.
The good news is these problems should clear up once the XRP network load decreases, and your XRP account will work as usual. Since this issue is caused by external services, the best solution right now is to wait for the network to stabilize.
