I bought a trezor Safe 5 and it was delivered without any apparent tampering of the package. My computer running windows 11 could see the trezor but the trezor program i downloaded from the prompted start site would not see or communicate with it. I updated windows, ran an antivirus scan, white listed trezor suite, then turned off my antivirus and my firewall, then bought a new usbc data transfer cable which did not fix the issue. I swapped to my macbook and was able to install the firmware, make a backup with my seed phrase but encountered an issue setting up my pin. The touching any part of the bottom of my trezor screen causes the trezor to delete the pin that i was putting in. I am unable to press the number in the middle, or the checkmark on the bottom right of the trezor screen. Anytime i touch any of these parts of the screen, the trezor detects that I am pressing delete. As such, I can not set a pin on my trezor. I disconnected the usbc cable then attached it again to fix it. I restarted the macbook just in case there was something wonky. I attempted to attach it to my Windows PC which was still unable to see the device. Is there a way to fix this or return my trezor and get a new one? It has not worked since I recently purchased it.
