I Sent ERC20 Tokens to two seperate addresses on my Trezor which are all showing up being received, however only the last received transaction is showing up as being available?

Hi There,
I’ve Sent ERC20 Tokens to two seperate addresses on my Trezor which are all showing up being received, however only the very last received transaction under each of those two addresses are showing up as being available tokens to transfer?
I cannot see the other tokens I transfered ?
I dont believe they are lost because i can see them in my transaction history as being received and no transfers out of my account have occured either.
Could someone please be able to assist me with this issue.
