I just created new bitcoin account in trezor app, send the coins and when i refresh the new account is not showing

Hi, I just created a new account to separate my dca transactions from one other larger transaction that I wanted to keep separate in another account. So I created another account, scanned the address, sent the transaction, but after updating the trezor app this account is suddenly not there. I’m pretty nervous about this, as it wasn’t exactly a small transaction. Can someone please help me?

Hmm… Has the type off wallet addresse change? Bc1P-tapproot or Bc1Q-NativeSegwit or 1-Legacy or 3-NestedSegwit? 4 types of wallet addresse… Download Sparrow wallet (in Sparrow under file -new wallet - name it now select script type and then import hardware wallet or u will get same address type) check all 4 types of wallets and first 100 incoming and outgoing address under that type. Use advance settings for wallet creation date and gap is how many address to look ahead (put there 100) Then hit apply. Date and smaller gap number reduce check time… Make 4 new wallets each with other script type…

P.s. And by account u mean u just added another addresse? Or u made new seed words?

I would like to put your mind at ease. Please, keep in mind that if you refreshed right after the transaction has been sent, the account will not display as it is empty and Trezor Suite does not discover the empty accounts.

Try to add the account again. If the transaction is confirmed, you will see your funds in this account and it will be then discovered without issues anytime you open Trezor Suite. Let us know if the transaction is confirmed and you still cannot see the account in Trezor Suite.
