I don't see my funds in my Trezor device

Hi all,

On Nov 11th 2021 I transfered 1.1128 BTC to my Trezor device and after that I kept the device in a safe place. Today I connected my device just to check everything was Ok and to my surprise I don’t see any funds on it. I don’t even see any movement.

Am I missing something? I am really worried about this situation since I don’t know what has really happened.

Any help will be more than welcome.


If you don’t see any outgoing records, then you have entered the wrong account.
Are you using a standard wallet or a hidden wallet?
In the case of a standard wallet, what btc sees should be the address starting with bc1, and there is an account below, which is the address starting with 3.
