after i updates firmware my sceen is show “unknow bootloader detected unplug your trezor contact our support” but i cant use it now. What should I do?

Otherwise just hang in there and community support will come.
This would happen if you actually downgraded your firmware instead of upgraded.
If that is the case, you will be able to get rid of the message by going to bootloader mode (hold left button while plugging in) and doing the firmware installation again.
If that does not help, you’ll need to contact support and either get a RMA (if you’re still under warranty) or get a new unit.
