I can't upgrade the Trezor T

Hello. I can’t install the new firmware for Trezor T. I have the latest version of Trezor Suite. I connect Trezor T and Suit reports a new firmware update for Trezor T. The current version me Trezor is 2.3.6 new version is 2.4.1. I disconnect the Trezor T from the USB port and, when connected to the USB port, run my finger across the display. Bootloader 2.0.3 and Connet to host appear on the Vault display. I will confirm green like yes. But the display shows that I have to visit the site trezor.io/start. I repeated the process there, but it was still the same. Now the trezor.io/start site is no longer. In Trezor Suite in Windows the screen will remain in the window where I have to disconnect and reconnect the Trezor, but it will no longer next page switch itself so that I can upgrade the software of my Trezor T. What can i do it?

Hi @Moon
Please stay in the Trezor Suite all the time even while connecting your device in bootloader mode.
You should be prompted to install newest firmware directly in Suite interface after reconnecting in BL mode (see picture below):

We are aware of misleading information on device screen (trezor.io/start will redirect you to Suite anyway) and we’ll fix it asap.

Alternatively you can still connect your Trezor in bootloader mode to https://wallet.trezor.io and update your fw there.

Hi @Moon

If you are still struggling with FW update by using Trezor Suite, proceed with updating by using Trezor Wallet https://wallet.trezor.io/#/ instead.

Beforehand, make sure you are running Trezor Bridge 2.0.27. Check it’s running properly, seek for “trezord” process in your task monitor. Also, check Trezor Bridge Status, available from http://127.0.0.1:21325/status/

If there is no “trezord” process running on the background, and you are getting no results on http://127.0.0.1:21325/status/, then Trezor Bridge is either not installed or doesn’t run properly. Reinstall it from this source https://wallet.trezor.io/#/bridge. Then, try it again, please (preferably with both supported browsers; Chrome and Firefox in incognito/privacy mode).

Once Trezor Bridge is running properly, access bootloader mode and follow these instructions https://wiki.trezor.io/Firmware_update while connecting to https://wallet.trezor.io/#/.

Hello. The problem was in the bridge. Everything is fine now. Thank you for the advice.
