when i try to send sol or any tokens from the network. after entering all the data the send button is not clickable and it doesnt give me any reason why not. i need to urgently send JUP and i cant. please help

Due to the high speed and security features of the Solana blockchain transactions sent to your Trezor must be confirmed relatively hastily. It is best to confirm the transaction within a minute of it being sent to your device in order to ensure that it arrives on the blockchain before the transaction data is no longer valid.
I can send other coins from my Trezor, but not SOL.
Same issue, no fee or send button.

Some of our other customers have found success by using the web version of Trezor Suite, which you can access at the following link: Trezor Suite
Please use Google Chrome for the best compatibility. Could you kindly try to send Solana from there and let me know if it works?
Additionally, I would like to ask for a few more details to help us investigate the issue further:
- What operating system are you using?
- Lastly, could you please open your Trezor Suite app, go to Settings → Coins, and hover over Solana? You will see a gear icon (as shown in the first image below). Could you please click on the gear icon and tell me what you see (similar to my second image)? We are particularly interested in knowing which backend you are connected to (the dot) and the color of the dot (in my screenshot, the dot is green).
