I use trezor on Exodus wallet and it is telling me that there is a firmware update problem is wheb i go to update it it says its from satoshi labs and is outdated i think this is because i downloaded bisq2 and it runs bitcoin core??? What do i do its not letting me connect to any of my wallets on exodus now i am having severe panic atacks about tjis my whoke life is tied to this please please pleade help me

Sorry to hear about your challenges connecting your Trezor to Exodus. It should be possible to update firmware through the official Trezor Suite app, available for download at Trezor Suite App (Official) | Desktop & Web Crypto Management.
Remember to never enter your wallet backup (also known as a recovery seed) on a computer, take a photo of it, or digitize it in any way, and beware of fake agents or apps.
