HuobiTokens not received on third party wallet

Hey guys,

I have a problem… So about two weeks ago I sent my HuobiTokens from my Trezor wallet over to my Huobi Wallet (now called HTX) but never received them. I don’t know what the problem is because the Tokens are supported through ERC20 and I gave in the same address and all. The only minor difference I can think of is that Trezor made me convert the address from my third party wallet i.e it capitalized some of the letters of the address. I don’t think that is the problem right? Does anyone know what I can do to receive my funds either back on my Trezor or on to my Huobi Wallet? Also Trezor states that the transaction was successful…

Please help!

Hi @salvador Huobi tokens are available on multiple networks, but only supported in Trezor Suite via the Ethereum network. If it’s the case that your tokens are held on a network other than Ethereum, you can access additional networks such as Near Protocol via a third party app like Rabby Wallet.

And yes, the capitalization changes would not matter, those are related to whether or not the wallet you are using displays to you the checksum of your Ethereum address.
