How to confirm Trezor can receive a cryptocurrency on the same network as it is being one withdrawing from

Attempting to transfer Harmony One from crypto_com. The Trezor instructions stated to “Make sure your Trezor wallet is set up to receive cryptocurrency on the same network as the one you’re withdrawing from Crypto_com”. But there are no instructions in how to confirm the network.
When I try to setup a new account, Harmony is not listed, yet the website lists Harmony as a supported coin.

Harmony One, and other EVM-compatible networks, like Optimism or Base, along with their assets, can be managed via the Trezor device, though they are not supported by Trezor Suite itself. Due to this limitation, you will need to use third-party wallets compatible with the Trezor device, such as Rabby Wallet, and others.

For most users, we recommend Rabby Wallet as it does not require manual configuration for EVM networks and tokens. To get started, download the Rabby desktop app or browser extension from Rabby.io. Pair your Trezor device with Rabby Wallet to receive and send funds on these EVM networks.

For more information on pairing your Trezor device with Rabby Wallet, please visit Rabby Wallet and Trezor.
