How to add the polygon mainnet to Trezor and Poly-20 Tokens?

Hi,

Is it possible to add the polygon mainnet to Trezor and Poly-20 Tokens?

I have coins/tokens on another wallet that are Poly-20 and want to know if I can add them to Trezor, I can’t send them to the ethereum wallet on my trezor so want to know if I can send them to a polygon wallet on Trezor please?
