I created a new bitcoin account within trezor and asked to transfer an amount to that address, but trezor is not showing accounts created with zero balance, how can I see all accounts created? Will I lose the balance they transferred to this address?

It is true that Trezor Suite will load only used accounts and addresses. Only the accounts and addresses that has some balance will be displayed. Was the transaction to the address in question successfully confirmed? If so and you are in the right wallet (which includes an account with address that you used as receiving address), you will see your balance in Trezor Suite.
