Hidden wallet only accessible on old computer

I have trezor safe 3 and i can only access my hidden wallet on my older computer. I am 100% using the correct password.
Says wallet empty on my new windows computer but i Can access it on my Mac. Any idea what is the problem?
I have VPN on my new computer but i have tried to turn it of. Still cant access it.

probably you didn’t enable your coins on the new computer?
