Hello,
I have bought HEX via MetaMask wallet several times and the Trezor receives the HEX perefectly evertime. HOWEVER, it shows in the Trezor as ‘SENT’. I don’t know why and really need to fix this as i am managing several family members accounts(different entities in Trezor) and currently doing the accounting for all. All of the accounts/entities have bought HEX and it appears the same in all Trezors transaction records. ie. as a SENT item rather than RECEIVED. Is there a way to fix this please?
