Is the receiving address in your Ethereum account the same as you used in Gemini when sending the transaction?
If the receiving address is different, then you are probably accessing a different wallet.
To find a correct wallet, you need to use the same combination of wallet backup (recovery seed) - 12, 24, or 20 words) + passphrase as was used in the past.
