ETH account discovery error

Hi, I just logged on to my Trezor Safe 3, and I can see my Bitcoin and my Cardano wallets, however I get “Account discovery error” for my ETH account.

Under Ethereum the dashboard shows “Asset not loaded correctly” in the Assets section, and above that in the Portfolio section it has a “Discovery error” with a transaction ID followed by “method handler crashed”.

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting again, as well as updating the firmware, but it doesn’t work. What can I do?

I just now had the same issue. I did the support help and made a ticket. One of the suggestions was to check to see if TOR was enabled. I normally never have it on. I reinstalled the Suite and still had the same error as you. I clicked and activated the TOR button and once loaded , then my wallet and info loaded up correctly. I have access now but just not the “normal” way. I saw another person had the same issue. TOR is actually safer and more secure so since I have access, I will continue this way. I did email a reply and let Trezor support know what happened and what I had done. Give it a try , hopefully it works for you. :facepunch::mushroom:

In my case the trezor suite app doesnt load - so I cant even enable or disable TOR.

For the web version, it says accounts not loading properly - discovery issue. And there is no TOR option i see here in settings.

ANy suggestions?
