I have erc 20 tokens with no value and labeded caution should i be worried

When using Trezor Suite, please do not engage with any of the tokens which are marked under the “Hidden” section unless you were expecting to receive those tokens. These tokens are sent by spammers attempting to trick you into sending them your coins or private keys. Keep in mind that anyone can send ERC20 tokens to your address.
