I have a new Trezor and a friend of mine send me 1291 doges coins, but I never received them. We did use the QR code function for that transaction and the crypto was bought on Revolut. TX ID and address show that it has been confirmed, but still I don`t see my dogecoins. Just for test now another friend sent me 3 doges and they arrived in seconds. What can do in this situation?
@psycores I’m sorry to hear you cannot find your Dogecoins right now. This sounds like you used a passphrase wallet for the first Dogecoin transaction and then a standard wallet for the second transaction. The passphrase works like an additional word to 12, 24, or 20 words of your wallet backup that is not stored on your Trezor device. When the passphrase feature is enabled, Trezor will ask you to enter the passphrase which will then be combined with the actual wallet backup (12, 24, or 20 words generated during Trezor setup) and a new unique backup will be created. We say that each particular passphrase will let you access a unique wallet hidden behind that passphrase.
