Connection issues, troublshooter failed, can't send a ticket either

Just downloaded bridge and suite today, plugged in my several year old Trezor 1, that’s been sitting around for awhile, it’s just displaying the trezor padlock logo and the device name, no pin display or options for the buttons. Attempted the troubleshooter, zadig directions unclear as “libusb0 (v1.2.6.0)” is not an option in zadig, which does recognize the device as a trezor anyway. I tried to create a support ticket, but keep getting an error message there saying “message not sent”.
