Hello! Please help me…, after connecting Trezor to PC on December 18th, today I logged in to download .csv. In downloads the csv files appeared and 3 zip files called “ledgers.zip”, with download date December 18th. Does this mean my computer is infected? What should I do? Format PC?

this is rather generic PC question and has nothing to do with Trezor and its forum & support. FWIW zip file itself don’t necessarily mean, that your PC is infected. Running at least default windows defender should be good start. Ask some friend with decent IT knowledge & skill.
