Coinbase has locked down my trading!

Coinbase KYC is requesting this information:
"
The following documents are outstanding:

  • Thank you for your cooperation. To further assist with your account verification, please provide a Trezor Suite application document or screenshot showing your full name and email ID, as the last document you shared did not include this information."

But I don’t see this information anywhere in the trezor suite application… And since it has been more than 15 days (months actually) my trading has just been locked since then. What do I do in this situation? I have been thrown for a loop with Coinbase as I tried to explain to them earlier that this just does not exist in the trezor suite application anywhere. But they just asked me this question again.

Hi @UltimateOgee

unfortunately, Trezor cannot help with such an issue, as you said KYC does not exist with Trezor. It is a self custody wallet.

It is possible to sign and verify the address to prove that you are the owner of the address/wallet.

Reach out to Coinbase support if that is something they could accept.
