I just lost my job and all my cash is there. The problem I see while trying to load my eth wallet is
Discovery error Accounts were not loaded properly Ethereum: getTransaction TX_ID: Transaction ‘TX_ID’ not found (method handler crashed)
(replace TX_ID with a given ID, I won’t post it for security reasons)
The TX exists, at least I can see it in ethscan
What can I do? There’s nothing on the internet about it
On Metamask is working fine, but not on Trezor suite
Hey G, just came here and saw your post. Just had the same issues. Opened a support ticket and the Chat Bot asked me some questions and mentioned something about the TOR button if it was on or off?? I normally never have used the TOR function. I reloaded the Suite (from the Trezor official site) and still had the same message and issue. I activated the TOR button and once loaded and on it gave me access to my wallet. Try it hope it helps. It suppose to be safe and more private with it on. I am using it now. Had this wallet for over 4 yrs now and this is the ONLY time I’ve ever had an issue. Hope it helps G. Good luck:facepunch:
