Cannot Send BTC

The “Review & send” option is no longer available when I try to send BTC to another wallet, and there’s a message indicating, “You were disconnected.” This is happening in the web app and the Windows app. I’ve removed the Windows app, including deleting any associated Registry entries and straggling files. I’ve also tried multiple browsers, including clearing the cache on each. No luck. I reached out to Trezor Support yesterday, and there’s been radio silence (which is extremely frustrating when you’re trying to make a timely transfer). Screenshot attached.

What about trying to install Trezor Suite in other computer and try there?
