Cannot input particular word on device

I received my Trezor One (purchased from an official resseler), set it up and generated my 24 words. I backed up and confirmed the words. When testing backup recovery by typing the words into the computer, the seed is validated. But if I type the words on the device, one of those words I can’t type as the device doesn’t display the letter ‘i’. In this case, the word is ‘island’. Is it a firmware issue? Can I use my seed or should I create another one to test typing on the device?

The letters displayed are ranges, and the letter I is under H-L.
