Can I use my seed phrase in a different kind of Trezor device?

For example, if I’m using Trezor One, can I buy a Trezor Safe 3 or Trezor T, and access there my current addresses by typing my current seed phrase?

There is no issue with that. As previously said, you can buy any Trezor device and recover your wallet with it.
