Hello Good Day,

Yesterday November 23, 2021 i still use my trezor one , but today i try to buy axie on Market Place but my trezor automatically reset. I dont know what just happend and now i trying to recover my wallet but its always fail. im sure i wrote my seedphrase correctly 2 months ago . can any one help me :sob:

Hi @jgomez, could you explain what exactly failed during the recovery process? Are you getting any error messages that your seed is not valid?
