App crashing when installed / updated

Hello
I tried to update Trezor suite and it kept crashing
I then uninstalled and re-installed to the latest version 24.9.2
When I open the app it starts loading but then keeps ‘hanging’ (stuck) every time giving the wait / quit / clear cache restart prompt. I tried all of those options and the entire process several times after restarting my pc, with no luck.

What should I do please?

Any help from the Mods will be appreciated :slight_smile:

Can anyone from the team please support?
I can not use the Trezor app for more than a week :frowning:
