Android, can't connect to device

Is this an old or incorrect call? It takes me to the desktop app link (I’m on android).

Sometimes it will just continue to say “waiting for handshake” or a different message but never exports the public key so I can’t connect. It’s a reputable Staking as a service provider.

Can they update the call link to android trezor somehow so it is supported? I’ve tried in 2 different browsers, Vanadium and Brave (with shields off).

What are common issues where the website doesn’t see the wallet even though you can select trezor and can even use the android bridge/ app? Should I contact the sys admin on the website to update where it should point to?

Hi, for interactions between Trezor and Android, I would recommend using Trezor Suite Lite or the Chrome browser. Other browsers aren’t always fully compatible with connections between Android and Trezor.
