Address is not valid

I’m trying to send USDT (ERC20) to several addresses (for example: 0x6424bfc17008176fd7bffa744efbb3294114caa5 or 0x4f09ad75085cf186b2398016a56780fd5378c3a7), but Trezor writes that address is not valid.
Receivers confirms that these addresses are valid.
What is the reason?

are you sure you choose the right chain ?

@EdCi can you please post exact screenshot of the error? If you see the text “convert to checksum” next to the error then click it.

@EdCi yes, it is correct, as you can see the address is the same, just some letters are capital which is fine.
