Ok so I bought Bitcoin from a trusted exchange in Israel.
Inside their site and buying proccess they had built in connectivity to the Trezor wallet. I confirmed the address and copy pasted it to their site.
they made the transaction and everything. I can see that is happened online and the bitcoin is in the wallet address. i just can’t see or access this wallet from my Trezor Suite or anywhere else.
any suggestions ?

It is possible that your funds are in a passphrase-protected (hidden) wallet, but you are accessing a standard wallet when using Trezor Suite or vice versa. Please ensure that you are following the same steps to access your wallet as you did when using the exchange.
Please ensure that you also have Bitcoin enabled via your Trezor Suite settings under the coins tab.
If you are still not able to view your address, you can create a ticket by following the link to Support | Trezor Knowledge Base, and clicking the green Need Help button on the bottom right. Follow the prompts from our chatbot Hal, and it will help you to create a ticket.
